Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging the services of Jet Clean Commercial Services (“we”, “us”, “our”). By instructing us to carry out work, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Our Services

Jet Clean Commercial Services provides commercial and industrial cleaning services across the United Kingdom, including but not limited to: large-scale pressure washing, cladding cleaning, roof and gutter cleaning, car park cleaning, line marking, line removal, construction site cleaning, sports ground cleaning and high-reach internal vacuuming.

All services are subject to a site survey and written quotation. Work will only commence following acceptance of a written quotation or a signed agreement.

2. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information available at the time of survey. We reserve the right to revise pricing if the scope of work changes materially from that originally assessed.

3. Booking and Confirmation

Work is confirmed upon receipt of written acceptance of our quotation or a signed order. We will confirm a start date subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw from any instruction prior to work commencing.

4. Access and Site Conditions

The client is responsible for ensuring that:

• Safe and adequate access to the site and work areas is provided
• All necessary permissions and permits are obtained prior to commencement
• We are made aware of any site-specific hazards, restrictions or requirements
• Any third-party equipment, vehicles or obstructions are cleared from work areas where required

We reserve the right to suspend or cease work where site conditions are unsafe or access is not provided as agreed.

5. Health & Safety

We operate in accordance with all relevant health and safety legislation. We will provide site-specific risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) upon request. The client is responsible for complying with any site safety requirements and for notifying us of any site-specific rules or restrictions prior to commencement.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date
• Invoices will be issued upon completion of works
• We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

We reserve the right to withhold further services until outstanding invoices are settled.

7. Cancellation and Postponement

Where a client cancels or postpones confirmed work:

• More than 5 working days before the scheduled start: no charge
• 2–5 working days before the scheduled start: 25% of the quoted value may be charged
• Less than 2 working days before the scheduled start: up to 50% of the quoted value may be charged

We will provide as much notice as reasonably practicable if we need to reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Liability

We will carry out all work with reasonable skill and care. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the works carried out under the relevant instruction.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing defects or damage to surfaces, structures or property
• Loss of business, revenue or profit
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Damage arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client

We maintain appropriate public liability insurance. Details are available upon request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images and design, is the property of Jet Clean Commercial Services and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued engagement of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
